The Windsor Guest House is a well established bed and breakfast, ideally situated close to both Northallerton town centre and the mainline railway station.

A Victorian, four-storey terraced house, the Windsor Guest House sits on South Parade and has 6 well appointed guest rooms set over two floors accessible by stairs.

These individually decorated rooms, 3 double and 3 twin, each have en suite or private shower rooms, tea and coffee facilities, TV/DVD and free internet access.

Please note that the online booking site has a limited selection of rooms for our bed and breakfast so please call us to check further availability.

A freshly cooked-to-order breakfast is included to set you up for the day! Or you may prefer something lighter. A selection of cereals, juice, fresh fruit (seasonal), croissants and yoghurts is offered. We can cater for most dietary requirements, just let us know in advance.

There is plenty to see and do in Northallerton including the architecture of the Georgian High Street and characterful old buildings such as the Fleece Inn. Wonderful independent shops such as Lewis and Coopers (known as the Fortnum and Mason of the North!), the award winning  card and gift department  in Barkers department store and the excellent selection of high street names all mingle with cafes and restaurants including the famous Betty's Cafe, a 'must visit'! Northallerton market arrives on Saturdays and Wednesdays with everything from cup cakes to pyjamas and all just a five minute walk from the Windsor Guest House.

The Friarage Hospital, Council Offices and Courts are all close by and within walking distance as well as the County Records Office for Family History or other research.

Close to all road, rail and bus routes, this traditional bed and breakfast is the ideal place to stay to explore this beautiful county. Northallerton, stands in the Vale of Mowbray between the North Yorkshire Moors and the Yorkshire Dales. You can take the Wensleydale Railway []  which has a station in Northallerton or get a train to York and walk the castle walls.

And don't forget the 2016 Tour de Yorkshire [] will be coming through Northallerton.

The Windsor Guest House is a dog friendly bed and breakfast.  Please call for details prior to booking.
